- Abstract:
- This paper explores how competitive forces have globally affected a major industry-telecommunication services. Previous research on this industry has taken a national view by examining changes in laws and regulations governing telecommunications on a country by country basis. We take a broader approach which highlights more clearly the dynamics of the industry and explores how global telecommunications in general may develop in the future.
