- An inquiry of changing Japanese management style and transferring it to the over seas

- Abstract:
- The groups are classified the two. Those are community and association. Generally the firm is constituted to be association. But Japanese one is constituted to be community and have the characterics so called "Japanese management style" that worked well. But there need the some conditions. Social changes will be considered to weak these conditions. So there are possibility of changing Japanese management style. I will also consider the typical changes of Japanese management style and transferring it to the over seas.
