0. 前準備 / Before class（5–15分）

学生への依頼（1本選んで軽く準備）：
- 1行サマリー（18語以内）
- 図表ID ×2（各1文で「なぜ重要か」）
- 限界2点（識別/前提から1つ＋測定/選抜から1つ）
- What-if 質問 ×1（「Xが変わったら結論は保つ？」）

What to prepare (choose ONE paper):
- 1-line claim (≤18 words)
- 2 figure/table IDs (+ one-sentence why each matters)
- Two limitations (one on identification/assumptions; one on measurement/selection)
- One “what-if” (Would the result hold if X changed? Why?)

当日のミニ役割（交代制） / Mini-roles (rotate):
Timekeeper（時間管理） / Skeptic（批判担当） / Scribe（記録担当）

1. 進行全体 / Session flow（90分）

A. クイック同期 / Quick sync（15分）

• 自己紹介 & 1行サマリー（3分）
  Each says their 1-line claim (≤10 sec).
• 図表フラッシュ（7分）
  Each shows 2 figure/table IDs (~60 sec per person).
• 用語のすり合わせ（5分）
  Agree on 3 key terms (英語 + 日本語):
  seniority wages（年功賃金）, lifetime employment（終身雇用）, non-regular（非正規）, identification（識別）, parallel trends（並行トレンド） など。

B. ディープダイブ ×2 / Deep dives ×2（25分 × 2）

各ラウンドの流れ / Per round (25’): 1. Reconstruct（設計の再構成・6’）
- 90秒ピッチ → DID / IV / RD / panel FE / decomposition など識別を板書で再構成
- 90-sec pitch → Rebuild identification on board. 2. Weakest link（最弱前提の検証・8’）
- Skeptic が1つの前提を指名し、破れたときのバイアス方向を予測
- Skeptic picks one assumption; predict bias direction if it fails. 3. Generalize（外挿・6’）
- 1次元（国/時期/産業/コホート）を変え、効果が +/0/– になる根拠を議論
- Change one dimension; argue +/0/– with reasons. 4. What would convince you?（確証テスト・5’）
- 追加テスト1つだけ（placebo/異質性/別データ など）
- Propose exactly one extra test (placebo/heterogeneity/alt. data).

役割は毎ラウンド交代 / Rotate Timekeeper–Skeptic–Scribe each round.

C. 転用＆まとめ / Transfer & wrap（25分）

• Japan ↔︎ Germany 転用プラン（15’） / Mini-application (15’)

Skeptic — 前提は1つに絞る（並行/排他/連続性/測定/選抜） / Choose one assumption.
