Nagasaki University遯ｶ蜀ｱ Faculty of Economics is located in Nagasaki, Japan. Nagasaki Port was opened around 400 years ago as the single place of direct trade and exchange between Japan and the outside world for three centuries. Since then, it has flourished as a center of international trade. As a result, it has a mix of Japanese, Chinese and European cultures, which is best represented by Shippoku cuisine, a local specialty.
